History

Satan’s realm was dark and extremely quiet that eve, but a young human woman was rocking a tiny baby in a little room, softly singing a lullaby to make the child sleep. She smoothed back short, blonde hairs from the little girl’s face, intently looking into crimson eyes that shone with a premature bloodlust. The young woman’s lips rose slightly in a smile, no fear evident on her pretty face as she continued to watch her mistress’ child.

“Abdiel calls,” a smooth, feminine voice called from the doorway. The woman looked away from the baby, her deep brown eyes coming to rest on her mistress and the child’s mother. Lilith took a few steps forward, her long, wavy, raven hair brushing against her lower back and hips as she walked. The eyes that watched her pet with hunger were the same ruby as the baby that lay in the human’s arms. Her pale skin seemed to glow as she reached out, a glimmer of the moonlight shining on her flesh. A cool hand touched the woman, gently pulling her up from her seated position.

“The child...?”

“Give her to me. I’ll take care of my little Bianca,” Lilith cooed, taking her eyes off the woman and taking her baby from her servant and cradling the small being. “You go to my dear Abdiel. He has some... things... he’d like to speak to you about.” The woman seemed unsure for a moment, obvious distrust of the fallen angel apparent upon her visage. Regardless, she curtsied to her mistress, and turned on her heel to what would be her death.

Lilith nuzzled her baby, the scarf that draped around her shoulders tickling the small creature, causing a giggle to seep from within her vocal cords. The demoness’ full, red lips upturned in a grin, replacing the woman upon the seat. She said nothing to the child, just looking at her with an understanding in her eyes. You are a creature of hell. You will be reborn on earth in a small village in Stafford. My little daemon child...

The baby – Bianca – closed her eyes and let a death take her small body, only so she would be born and fulfill her duties. Lilith did not cry nor mourn; instead she took the corpse and placed it in the unlit fireplace on the other side of the room, breathing in it and causing flames to arise.“The phoenix hope, can wing her way through the desert skies, and still defying fortune`s spite; revive from ashes and rise.” She muttered beneath her breath. And at that very moment, Bianca was reborn on earth.
